However long the journey, we humans must find milestones, touchpoints, and breadcrumbs while we learn to realize we are always worthy of more than mere crumbs. Though no one expects any trophy for lack of trying.

The Stargate AI Project, announced by President Donald Trump, promises a large-scale investment—potentially $500 billion over four years—to expand AI-focused data centers and supporting infrastructure. Major participants include OpenAI, Oracle, and SoftBank, whose CEOs emphasize the plan’s potential to create over 100,000 jobs. Yet, critics question its feasibility and the reality of its funding, raising concerns about privacy and ethical implications.

At the same time, Sam Altman and Elon Musk—co-founders of OpenAI—are locked in a public feud that intensified around Stargate. Key decisions from the US Copyright Office on AI this week. For those of us using AI as we do Photoshop, Illustrator, Logic X, Premiere, or any other creative tooling, there are some validating decisions to support our workflow as original and authentic.

It's important to note that using AI as a part of your creative process, rather than as a replacement, is indeed protected by copyright. This is a point we've been advocating for at TheTechMargin for the past two years. AI is most effective and valuable when integrated into your existing processes.
